Depending on availability & season we aim for 100% SA. We enjoy working directly with local farmers & producers, travelling to the source to gain understanding and sensibility for their passion.

The Entropy kitchen roasts the proteins and slow cooks our own chutneys & jellies as it's our philosophy to create taste from scratch & keep purity in all our foods.

Our menus are constructed from local fresh produce and feature daily breakfast & lunch specials.
